A major petrochemical plant located in Bangkok, Thailand contacted us to resolve heavy fouling issues on the tubes/fins in one of its heater convection sections. The fouling was causing the asset to run at a significantly reduced output, so the client called upon us to implement our remotely operated technology to restore the asset to near design thermal efficiency.

We deployed a team of highly trained engineers to carry out the work during a planned shutdown and were able to complete the job within the allocated time. The quality of the clean surpassed the client’s expectations thanks to the technology deployed which can access 100% of the accessible area of an asset, compared to just 30-40% using traditional methods.
